Sourcing And Supply Manager - Shop Fit

This role is newly created and will be expected to play a significant role in the profitability, growth and service level of this global brand.
The mission is to manage the development, sourcing process and the respective team for all global Retail concept hardware from brief to engineering partners & vendor(s) via prototyping to sourcing. Consult during the creative brief, identify, set up & maintain the store development supply chain to achieve industry leading price/quality ratio & speed to market in line with growth plan for all consumer direct retail.

Key Functions:- 
Set up global Retail Supply Chain according to growth plan analysis, identify vendors / factories most capable to support growth plan, key roll out markets & maintain vendor network to assure efficient usage of global economies of scale.
Create according processes & procedures most suitable business practise to maximize opportunities of supply chain
Manage team of project managers for technical development of all global Retails concepts (also utilizing 3rd party) & assure maximum synergy between concepts & manage all related stock
Consult other Store Development functions during Concept “development” to assure supply chain potential can be maximized
Establish & maintain a process driven solution, oriented communication with key stake holders

Professional experience:- 
3 years Retail sourcing/development with experience in leading a functional team
In depth knowledge on globally managed retail sourcing + development & related KPIs
Exposure: track record of success retail projects / Supply and Store Roll Out
