Senior Shop Fit Roll Out Manager - Europe

A fantastic opportunity to develop a brand new team for this leading global business.

You will lead cross functional team assuring constant & transparent communication on in vertical retail Store concepts for all group brands, wholesale & own retail. Particular focus on communication to sales entities to achieve full transparency on global demand for retail Concepts.
You will have the ability and proven track record to drive efficient order management, roll out & delivery through management of the team and liaison with key interdependency's.

Key functions:-
Analyse & Identify future need for Retail Store concepts or tools (; shop in shop, commercial stand alone formats)
Develop Standard Grids; generic layouts
Drive forecasting process based on generic grids for all global Retail concepts in all supplied markets
Provide data to allow analysis of sufficient buy of stock material per regional demand monthly
Enable & steer regional layout planning process for commercial Retail concepts to assure efficient processes, ordering and performance against financial & operational KPIs
Monitor stock turn of pre-produced material in comparison to assumptions to assure relevant grids
Establish & maintain process driven & solution oriented communication with markets and key global stake holders, market travel & face to face meetings with local functions are key for success
Manage Customer Service& logistic team assuring in time delivery with industry leading turn around time
Improve logistics & speed to market & implement KPI measurement & follow up system for roll out
Manage POS support for major events or initiatives.

You must have retail roll out operations and technical experience. Experience with a large Shop Concept / Fitting / Design Group would be beneficial

Sourcing And Supply Manager - Shop Fit

 A fantastic opportunity to join a great brand.

This role is newly created and will be expected to play a significant role in the profitability, growth and service level of this global brand.
The mission is to manage the development, sourcing process and the respective team for all global Retail concept hardware from brief to engineering partners & vendor(s) via prototyping to sourcing. Consult during the creative brief, identify, set up & maintain the store development supply chain to achieve industry leading price/quality ratio & speed to market in line with growth plan for all consumer direct retail.

Key Functions:- 
Set up global Retail Supply Chain according to growth plan analysis, identify vendors / factories most capable to support growth plan, key roll out markets & maintain vendor network to assure efficient usage of global economies of scale.
Create according processes & procedures most suitable business practise to maximize opportunities of supply chain
Manage team of project managers for technical development of all global Retails concepts (also utilizing 3rd party) & assure maximum synergy between concepts & manage all related stock
Consult other Store Development functions during Concept “development” to assure supply chain potential can be maximized
Establish & maintain a process driven solution, oriented communication with key stake holders

Professional experience:- 
3 years Retail sourcing/development with experience in leading a functional team
In depth knowledge on globally managed retail sourcing + development & related KPIs
Exposure: track record of success retail projects / Supply and Store Roll Out
