Poland role - Head of Brands - Fashion retail

We are seeking leaders in fashion retailing to be part of our success story and support our rapid growth strategy which will see us further expand iconic brands such as American Eagle and Mothercare, Topshop, Dorothy Perkins and Early Learning Centre. Successful candidates will join a company that already operates over 55 of the world's most recognized retail brands including Starbucks, Dean & Deluca, H&M, The Body Shop, Pottery Barn, P.F. Chang's, Office Depot, Boots, Bath & Body Works and Victoria's Secret. Today Alshaya operates more than 2,000 stores across seven divisions: Fashion & Footwear, Health & Beauty, Food Services, Optics, Pharmaceuticals, Office Supplies and Home Furnishings. To realize our highly ambitious and aggressive expansion plan, we are looking for proactive, commercially focused and profit driven retailers to lead our Fashion brands. Based at Alshaya CEE's Head Offices in Warsaw, the candidates will have the exciting opportunity to be part of our growth strategy across the region.

The Role
Strategic brand development and business planning
Full P&L accountability and delivery
A strong focus on operations, product and the customer
Managing relationships with host brand
Team development and leadership
The requirements:
15+ years gained in Fashion or Footwear including a minimum of 5 years in senior management positions
A background in fashion buying & merchandising is essential
Used to managing aggressive expansion of a retail chain
Ability to work in a complex matrix structure
Working at a senior level in a respected retail group or major multi franchise operation
Preferably with some Central Europe regional experience

Regional Resourcing Manager Required


Currently seeking a highly experienced Regional Resourcing Manager to manage in-house recruitment for a leading retail client.

This role will cover multiple countries and lead the way in recruiting in excess of 5000 personnel per annum. Guiding a team of 60 recruiters and management in process and operational management you will deliver the ultimate in service to business stakeholders and future employees.

You will have a proven track record of successful recruitment delivery with in Retail, Hospitality or FMCG volume environments.

This is an ideal role for an individual who no longer relishes the day to day hands on recruitment process but someone who fully understands it! This will be about managing the team to deliver the process and therefore quality candidates who are committed to succeed in a given role.

To be successful you will have headed a significant recruitment department previously in larger business environments such as Arcadia, Tesco, Sainsbury Whitbread, Sodexo, Marriot etc.
