Export Manager - FMCG Food - Lebanese Nationals

A great opportunity for an experienced Export Manager to join a leader in the field of FMCG / Food production. This role will be Jeddah based and visa's are available for Lebanese nationals.


Main Duties
• Creating, developing and then evaluating business opportunities arising from developments in the international market. Then, incorporating these developments within the strategy and processes of the company’s export volume and margins directions.
• Constructing of a detailed market/customer business plan to match production and logistics capabilities that will meet the volume, profit and turnover requirements of both the company and the customer.
• Mobilizing the organization to implement individual customer/ market plans.
• Monitor and report competitive intelligence.
• Planning of approaches, tactics and offers for specific transactions with individual customers based on in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business aims and processes and the application of influencing and negotiation skills to ensure their profitable realization.
• Knowing the customer, networking with customer’s organization, negotiating and closing the deal, and maintaining the relationship.
• Continuous search for best freight options and rates possible that will directly contribute to the profitability of the company.
• Management of sales transactions such as customer response, orders, payments, delivery schedules, customer complaints and service levels.
• Management of sales shipments through effective coordination between various departments and suppliers involved such as production dept., dispatch, sales logistics, transporters, freight forwarders, shipping agents, customer agents, charters...etc
• Development of Sales forecast by customer by market in line with overall strategy and objectives.
• Train and coach export team with periodical assessment to sustain a focused and motivated team

Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in Export, Sales or Business Development
• 7-10 yrs experience in relevant field.
• Bachelors Degree from a reputable University /Post-Graduate Studies is highly desirable.
• Previous experience as Regional Export Manager is a plus
• Strong leadership skills.
• Previous Food/FMCG experience is highly desirable
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in multinational environment.

Brand Manager - FMCG / FOOD

Your chance to join a leading food production group who export across the Kingdom, Region, Asia and Europe. Role will be based in Jeddah.
Visa's available for Egyptian nationals only.

Main Responsibilities
• Manage the development of Marketing strategy & objectives for the assigned brand.
• Manage the development & implementation of Marketing activities according to plans in order to maximize brand share & long term profitability
• Manage spending within budgets
• Recommend, initiate & implement timely pricing adjustments in order to optimize profit
• Lead the development & implementation of effective advertising & promotional campaigns for the brands, stimulating creativity, working closely with agencies & ensuring strategic direction
• Work closely with Market Research & Product Development, Identify opportunities & recommend the launch of new brands
• Manage the development of accurate Volume Forecasting
• Monitor performance against plans, recommending & making changes` as necessary
• Initiate & manage Market or Consumer Research, following up with appropriate recommendations
• Monitor competitor activity & recommend appropriate responses
• Train, develop & appraise subordinate
• Completes reports & carries out effective communication & handover activities in accordance with Company policy
• Works safely at all times, observes all quality & housekeeping policies, and keeps own work area clean & hygienic.

Required Skills

- 2 – 3 years experience in the same role with multinational company..
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or food industry experience is a MUST!

Country Managers Required - Fashion - Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan

Accountable for the fiscal and operational oversight; leadership and direction of an international business to provide quality service, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency that ensures growth and profitability goals and objectives are met. Responsible for implementation and compliance with company policies and procedures and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• Graduate in Retail Sales Management preferred
• At least 4-5 years experience within a General Management role (i.e. Regional / Country / Manager / Director )
• 5+ years experience within Fashion or Luxury Retail ideally
• Must have experience with launching new brands, introducing new brands into new markets, implementing a brand, building a brand from scratch, experienced at managing and delivering multiple store openings to brand requirements at one time etc
• Should ideally have experience in Footwear, Kid’s wear, Men’s wear, Women’s wear & Accessories.
Key Character Requirements – A people’s person, a strong, confident, and passionate, over achiever capable of over delivering on the KPI’s, a real desire to achieve who sees obstacles as opportunities, and able to make management changes where necessary, while multi tasking.

• Strong background in sales and marketing and a proven track record in business development and growth.
• Demonstrated success in managing (KPI’s) Key Performance Indicators.
• Demonstrated success in problem solving through use of data and information metrics and improvement to performance process.
• Proficient in project management methodologies with a focus on managing solution driven strategy plans to achieve goals.
• Experienced in financial management (P&L's, Balance Sheets, forecasting and budgets).
• Manages complex customer situations promptly and professionally meeting commitments for service and assistance.
