I am currently in search of a retail HR project manager with a proven track record in organisational development with the capability to deliver operational and organisational change through a formal project management process.
The role is considered pivotal in the change programme and is heavily supported by the BOD. In fact the succesful applicant should consider this a step to HRD level with 24 months.
You will have a proven HR track record and relevant qualification (IPD, CPP, Masters) and 10 years + retail generalist experience.
Arabic fluency would be a distinct advantage.
