• Build seasonal Global retail marketing calendars that balance Brand and Commerciality by leveraging Brand communication priorities and seasonal retail opportunities, support the right products and are relevant across all regions.
• Develop Global retail marketing briefs with input from Global Retail Merchandising, Global Visual Merchandising and Regions to ensure the right products and seasonal retail opportunities receive the appropriate level of retail marketing support.
• Develop Global retail marketing campaigns, promotions and in-store communication materials with the Global Brand team and ensure final output is KPI driven, consumer centric, relevant across Regions and delivered on time.
• Evaluate the performance of all Global retail marketing initiatives.
• Provide input and feedback to markets and approve local retail marketing initiatives.
• Develop strategy and consumer-centric marketing initiatives with Global Digital Marketing, Global Sports Marketing, Global PR and other relevant Global departments to promote store awareness, boost visit intent and ultimately increase traffic to our stores.
• Evaluate the performance of all Global out-of-store marketing initiatives.
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience:
• Multi-market, Regional or Global exposure with cross-cultural and cross-functional management experience.
• Strategic, consensus-building and results-driven
• Willing to travel
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
Minimum Qualifications:
High school education and a minimum of 7+ years dedicated Marketing-experience
