Social Networking / Communications Manager required - Retail


Digital - Expertise in digital planning, ecommerce, display & behavioural advertising, SEM (SEO, PPC, analytics), social media, geo marketing, local online marketing, viral marketing including flash games, affiliate marketing and loyalty schemes, video, online PR (OEO & OBO), eCRM/database strategy & trigger event emails, web, DRTV, intranet/extranet, website CMS, hosting & architecture design, mobile marketing and app development, events/experiential, analytics/attribution logic & digital asset management.

Responsible for the formulation of digital strategies for the agency’s clients based on consumer insight and trend analysis, as well as, business and brand requirements.
- Provide research and planning within digital team for existing and new clients, championing it internally and helping to develop the agency's skills.
- Producing client thought documents, proposals, and quotes and pitching strategies, then turn the ideas into tangible and practical plans for clients.
- Develop the agency's digital positioning, offer and presentations.
- Produce mid-to-long term strategies that help clients use digital to enhance brand experience and engage customers. Exceeding their business & marketing objectives through taking a strategic approach to engage their customer base and motivating them to act.
- Brand development, relationship marketing and be able to contribute to broader communication issues, such as marketing automation, channel management and business integration.
- Maintain operational control and project management of the overall client accounts.
- Keeping current with industry trends, marketing & business innovation and ability to think strategically and laterally about brands and markets.
- Evangelise digital marketing, analytics and social media marketing and help current clients understand future trends and the impact digital can have on their business.
- Taking a brand, product or service and getting it in the right place, at the right time, to the right people with the right promotion
- Understanding of user experience UX techniques (e.g. card sorting, Omniture Multivariate testing, usability testing, task analysis, user flows, persona and scenario development, user journey, site map design, wireframe creation, & prototype creation)
- Understanding of web builds, digital tools, measurement and research technologies
