My client currently seeks an expert in Franchise Development for partners to take this significant retail brand on a countrywide basis in UAE, Oman, Jordan, North Africa, Egypt etc.
They already have franchise partners in the MENA region and are looking for a skilled professional to drive this forward over the next few years.
Franchise expansion has been identified as an important part of the strategic plan alongside own store and E-Com
Requirements:--
-Retail Franchise development experience as a franchisor, finding, appointing and managing appropriate franchisees in new territories.
-Vetting potential franchise partners.
-Developing business plans with potential partners and
managing the relationship with existing franchisees in multiple countries.
-Maximising sales and expansion opportunities, and ensuring that standards are met as well delivering sales / profit targets
-Updating of current franchise contracts
-Managing a small team of franchise operations personnel internally
You will be highly communicative with a proven track record of delivery in this field on and international scale.
MENA region experience is not essential but is desirable.
Package is competitive including 9 months of basic salary bonus + flights + medical
