Loyalty Programme Manager required to join a leading UAE retail business.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to take complete ownership for a developing retail loyalty programme. If you have significant loyalty and retention experience from with in a UK retail environment this could be a great opportunity.

You will have a proven track record in the delivery of a retail loyalty programme and the motivation of the team you built. You will understand how to attract new members from an established customer base and the ability to drive the growth through technical knowledge and a passion to achieve.
You will work closely with Category Managers / Marketing Team / Development & Design to enhance the overall business perception and delivery of the loyalty programme promise.

HR Head Required - Kuwait

My new, exciting leading and diverse client within the retail and hospitality field is currently in search of a retail experienced HR Head to lead the group transformation through implementation of improved recruitment practice, analysis and enhancement regarding comp & bens and improvements with in the training, coaching, guidance of the business employees.

You will have significant retail experience and relevant HR qualifications such as IPD / Degree. Ideally you will have already gained MENA / GCC retail HRBP /Manager / Director level exposure.
This is a typical generalist role whilst delivering some level of standardisation to corporate process and procedure.

Expected salary is circa £68,000 net / 30000Sr / 2400 KD / 30000 AED

You will have significant experience in the Saudi Arabian retail fashion / kids market offering a proven track record of achievement across all retail principles and KPI's.
Your ability to produce excellent results and the future growth and success of the brand will be due to your ability to motivate the workforce, ensuring strong standards in store, operational performance and excellent service ensuring loyalty, footfall and sales increase.
Also of great importance will be your ability to work independently.
